Swan Lake performed by the State Ballet of Georgia at the London Coliseum, July 2025, following the company's sold-out 2024 London season.
Swan Lake is a ballet performed at the London Coliseum, staged by the State Ballet of Georgia for 12 performances this July. Tchaikovsky's score, composed in 1875, underpins one of the most performed works in the classical repertoire, and this production follows a sold-out London season the company delivered in 2024, premiering at the Tbilisi Opera House before transferring to the London Coliseum.
The production presents the full four-act ballet, following Odette, the princess cursed to take the form of a swan by the sorcerer Rothbart, and Prince Siegfried across the lakeside scenes that define the work. Audiences can expect the centrepiece white acts alongside the dramatic Black Swan pas de deux. Tickets are available across stalls, dress circle, and upper circle seating tiers, with the 12-performance run spread across selected dates in July.
The London Coliseum, opened in 1904 and designed by Frank Matcham, seats approximately 2,359 and stands as one of the largest theatres in the West End. It sits on St Martin's Lane in the heart of the West End, a short walk from Charing Cross and Leicester Square stations.
