All-Inclusive Tour of Erice & Marsala: Wine, Olive Oil & Salt Route Tickets

The All-Inclusive Tour of Erice and Marsala is a full-day guided excursion from Palermo covering three of western Sicily's most established food and drink traditions: wine production in the Marsala region, olive oil pressing, and the ancient salt flats along the Trapani coast. Erice, a hilltop medieval town at roughly 750 metres above sea level, has been continuously inhabited since Phoenician times and offers views across the Egadi Islands on clear days.

The itinerary includes a visit to a Marsala wine cellar with a tasting, an olive oil producer with explanation of the cold-press process, and a stop at the Trapani salt pans, a working landscape that has supplied Mediterranean trade routes for centuries.
